Common technical questions.
- What does 'Origin commercial partner' mean?
- ESQ is authorised to represent Origin Energy for commercial products — including Origin 360 EV, Business Energy retail contracts and PPA/embedded-generation offerings — and to deliver the associated installation, commissioning and asset management.
- Do we have to buy energy from Origin to access the EV subsidy?
- No. The Origin 360 EV Business Subscription and Fleet Operational Lease are the qualifying products for the ARENA-subsidised charger. Your energy retail contract can remain separate — although bundling often improves the overall commercial.
- Can ESQ negotiate our Origin commercial energy contract?
- Yes. We structure fixed, indexed and wholesale-pass-through commercial contracts through Origin, matched to your load profile and risk appetite.
- Is Origin the counterparty for the PPA?
- Optional. For behind-the-meter PPAs, Origin can be the counterparty, or ESQ can arrange alternative providers where that produces a better outcome.
- Do you deliver Australia-wide?
- Yes. ESQ delivers in every Australian state and territory.
