3. Products and orders

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, include GST.
An order is accepted once we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify payment) and will refund any amount already charged.
Product images are indicative. Specifications shown on product pages take precedence over marketing imagery.

7. Warranties

Hardware is covered by the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty as documented on each product page. Our services are performed with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Installation and services

Installation, commissioning and engineering services are provided under a separate written scope of work signed by both parties. Electrical work is carried out by licensed and CEC-accredited contractors.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this website (text, images, logos, code) is owned by ESQ Energy Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or service is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement or refund of the price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
