Delivery Policy

What to expect when your ESQ order arrives on site.

1. Delivery address

Please provide a clear street address for delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for freight or palletised items. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the goods and, for palletised freight, that the site can accept a truck of the size indicated on your delivery confirmation.

2. Signature and authority to leave

All orders require a signature on delivery by default. If you request an authority to leave, you accept full responsibility for the goods once left at the nominated address.

3. Site access, unloading and installation

  • Standard freight rates assume kerbside delivery at ground level. Tailgate, crane-truck or in-building delivery is available at additional cost, quoted on request.
  • For large equipment (DC fast chargers, battery cabinets, inverters) please confirm access dimensions and any lifting requirements before ordering.
  • Installation is optional and quoted separately. Where you engage ESQ for installation, we will contact you to schedule a site inspection and works date after your hardware arrives.

4. Delivery timeframes

Indicative delivery times by region are set out in our Shipping Policy. Timeframes exclude weekends, public holidays and any delay caused by the carrier, weather events or third-party logistics disruptions.

5. Failed or refused delivery

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery because no one is available, the site cannot accept the vehicle, or the goods are refused without cause, redelivery fees may apply and will be quoted before we reattempt.

6. Title and risk

Title in the goods passes to you when we receive payment in full. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
