Payment Policy
Accepted methods, currency, GST and payment security.
1. Accepted payment methods
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express (credit and debit).
- Apple Pay and Google Pay via Shopify Payments.
- Shop Pay.
- PayPal.
- Bank transfer (EFT) for commercial orders over $2,500 — contact hello@esqenergy.com.au for account details and a pro-forma invoice.
2. Currency and GST
All prices on esqenergy.com.au are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise noted, include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). A tax invoice is issued with every order.
3. When you are charged
Card payments are authorised at checkout and captured on order confirmation. Bank transfers must be received in full before goods are dispatched or installation dates are locked in.
4. Payment security
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its partners over an encrypted TLS connection. ESQ does not store your full card number, expiry date or CVV on our servers. Shopify Payments is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
5. Finance and PPA
Commercial finance (chattel mortgage, novated lease, operating lease) and Power Purchase Agreements are available for larger projects. See Finance or email hello@esqenergy.com.au to be referred to our accredited finance partners.
6. Failed or disputed payments
If a payment is declined, please contact your card issuer or try an alternate method. For chargebacks and disputes, please email hello@esqenergy.com.au first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
