National · Fleet Electrification

Fleet EV charging, depot to driveway.

Depot electrification, dynamic load management, telematics integration and take-home driver charging with automatic reimbursement — subsidised nationally via the Origin × ARENA Accelerate EV Fleet program.

01 — Overview

Fleet EV charging is an operational-continuity problem, not an electrical one. ESQ scopes charging against actual vehicle duty cycles, telematics data and depot dwell times — then sizes hardware, load management and site works so vehicles are always ready for their next run. National delivery, Origin-partnered subsidies, single point of accountability.

02 — Capabilities

What ESQ delivers across this practice.

FL-01

Duty-cycle assessment

Telematics data + vehicle procurement plan drives charger count, power rating and site works — before hardware is bought.

FL-02

Depot electrification

Sub-boards, cable tray, dynamic load management and staged energisation so the depot electrifies as the fleet does.

FL-03

Take-home driver network

Residential smart chargers installed at driver homes, with metered energy automatically reimbursed to the driver.

FL-04

DC top-up strategy

Strategic 50–150 kW DC bays for mid-shift top-ups on long-duty vehicles.

FL-05

Origin × ARENA subsidy

As an authorised Origin 360 EV delivery partner, we access ARENA-backed subsidies of up to $4,000 per depot and $3,000 per driver home.

FL-06

Fleet dashboard

Single OCPP backend consolidating depot, home and public network sessions — one invoice, one dataset.

04 — FAQs

Common technical questions.

How do we avoid an expensive transformer upgrade?
Dynamic load management is the primary tool. By staggering charge sessions and throttling to real-time capacity, most depots can electrify progressively without a network upgrade.
Do you cover take-home drivers?
Yes. Under the Origin 360 EV Business Subscription or Fleet Operational Lease, we install subsidised smart chargers at driver homes, and the energy used to charge the work vehicle is automatically reimbursed.
Can we integrate with our TMS?
Yes. OCPP 2.0.1 chargers integrate with major TMS and fleet platforms so charge sessions, driver ID and energy costs flow into your existing fleet reporting.
What subsidies apply?
The ARENA Accelerate EV Fleet program (delivered via Origin) provides up to $4,000 per commercial charger and $3,000 per residential (take-home) charger, on a 1:1 basis with each EV supplied.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes — national delivery across every state and territory, coordinated from Brisbane HQ.
